The December event has been one of Northern Michigan’s main holiday non-competitive running events, with as many as 1000 runners and walkers joining together to run together, dressed up in holiday attire. The 5K route weaves through the lighted downtown and surrounding decorated neighborhoods of Traverse City.

The TCTC Jingle Bell Run historically supports an area non-profit cause, and this year participants will have the option to donate to the TCTC Golden Shoe Fund, a TCTC program established in 2007 that partners with Fleet Feet to help area high school track and cross country runners facing financial hardship to obtain shoes necessary for safe running. This year’s Golden Shoe fund-raising goal is $2,000.

This event is FREE for all 2024 TCTC members that register by October 31st, 2024.
